HOA Information

We maintain the common area of the subdivisions on a weekly basis we make sure that we are keeping the community as neat and clean as we ask that you keep your yard space.

The HOA Dues are approximately $300.00* a year due on January 1st.

The owners of each property are required to keep their yards in a neat and clean manner. We check the status of each owner’s property weekly to maintain that every homeowner is abiding by the Homeowners Association Covenants.

To maintain the uniform look of the subdivision all additions of garages/outbuildings, fences or exterior décor of the homes shall be subject to the approval of the Homeowners Association every submission of plans for approval will be approved within 7 days after the date that the plans are received.
