Stone Martin Builders built a home for my family in the Bon Terre subdivision in Pike Road, AL. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our home. This is the third house we have had built in the local area and this experience was by far the most enjoyable. Stone Martin Builders and Remax Realtors were very professional throughout the entire process. The quality of home that was built is second to none. The quality of construction was extremely impressive. From the pre-stressed slab to the spray foam installation to the crown molding throughout to the granite countertops to the hard wood floors to a SEER 17 A/C Unit; what most builders consider an upgrade comes standard in a Stone Martin Builders home.
The best part of a Stone Martin Builders home is the value. We upgraded from a 2200 sf house to a 3200 sf house and paid essentially the same price. 1000 more sf for the same mortgage payment and cheaper utility payments. That’s right, both our power and gas bills are lower even with 45% increase in sf. The energy efficiency is amazing. 6″ exterior studs filled with spray foam insulation on a brick house is about as efficient as it gets. There is also a tankless hot water heater with endless supply of hot water.
The construction was less than 100 days and very rarely did a day go by when someone was not working on our house. Throughout the process any and all questions were answered promptly by the on site real-estate agents.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with our house. We are very happy with Stone Martin Builders. It is rare to find a builder that will build a quality home for such a great price. Stone Martin Builders could have easily sold the homes in Bon Terre for more, but they work hard to build a house for less and pass on the savings to the home owner. My wife and I are extremely grateful and feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to go through the home building experience with Stone Martin Builders.
