Say hello to Jordan Clark, one of our dedicated onsite agents! Whether he’s interacting with a homeowner or working on a job site, Jordan provides exceptional service and care, just as if each home was being built for his own family.
After moving to Alabama in 2002, Jordan obtained his real estate license while in college. Following working in the mortgage business, Jordan re-activated his license and became acquainted with the “the new home builder in Alabama…” (hint, hint: that was us!) He joined our team in 2011, and has been with us ever since.
In his mutli-faceted role, Jordan gets most excited about being out on a job site. He loves nothing more than “working on a sunny day alongside the superintendents, checking the houses, and watching the homes come together.” He says that getting to be involved in a fast-paced industry, surrounding himself with the sights and sounds of new construction, and seeing beautiful, completed homes evolve from dirt is what makes his job so rewarding each and every day.
Essentially, Jordan sees every project come full circle, from the day your sign your contract to the day you close and we hand the keys over. With his unique perspective on and appreciation of our entire process, there’s no one better than him to write your contract and take you through your orientation walk-through.
“Stone Martin is an energy efficient home builder, and is on the cutting-edge of technology when it comes to building these homes,” Jordan says. “Being exposed to the latest and greatest technology is always refreshing and exciting.” With a deep-rooted enthusiasm for homebuilding and industry improvements, it’s no surprise that Jordan’s biggest passion is making sure our homeowners are happy and confident throughout their journey.
When he’s not in the office or on a job site, Jordan’s working on his other passion: music. For 25 years, he’s played both the guitar and drums for all kinds of bands, from rock to metal to reggae. He loves creating and playing music in his studio, as well as taking professional photographs of live concerts through connections he’s made with bands and managers. You can also find Jordan staying active outdoors, whether he’s working out, hiking, kayaking, or cycling.
