We are entering the 5th week of COVID-19 life at Stone Martin Builders and are pleased to report to you that our action plan through this economic change has proven to be successful. We prepared and implemented a plan that allowed us to stay on track with your new home build and business partnership. We have seen very few construction delays due to the virus, and have worked diligently to keep our customers and field staff safe and healthy.
The only delays we have experienced are due to city governments reducing their staffing, which can in turn hold up inspections at various developments.
We will continue to proceed in a way that we believe benefits you and our business partners, by offering express or virtual closings, virtual walk throughs and selection meetings, and minimal personal contact onsite.
The announcement by President Trump for a three phase “Opening Up America Again” is promising to us that there is a strong future for 2020. We anticipate the leadership of Governor Ivey to implement a plan that supports Alabama business and economic stability.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the front line workers that are fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and with you as you adjust to daily life and continue to find the excitement in your future new home.
