Wonderful experience from signing of contract to final walkthrough. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered.

First of all, the quality of build that Stone Martin has for its pricepoint is unmatched, me and my wife were back and forth looking for a home that matched our wish list and after more than a year of being on the fence a home that was everything we where looking for was in its early stages of being built as a spec home, Diana was very patient with us and knew our situation and did not pressure us at all she was responsive with each and everyone of our questions and never made us feel as though we couldn’t have what we wanted. Me and my wife absolutely love our home and are looking forward to growing our family there, even the community was welcoming and we love our neighbors. Also I would like to add that the staff who walks you through your home before closing is very helpful and makes sure that everything is the way it needs to be prior to getting your house closed thank you stone martin builders for building the house me and my wife love so much

Members of the Stone Martin team were very professional throughout the entire process. Literally from the beginning to the end. From choosing which neighborhood, type of home elevation, scheduled meetings, pictures of building progress, etc. The team was phenomenal and the communication was excellent.

Shannon Baker was exceptional throughout the entire process! She displayed positive energy and was very helpful! Jeremy Stockbridge was phenomenal! He was accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and very timely with everything. He was always very professional and courteous! Can't say enough great things about about both of them.
