It’s been a big 2017 at Stone Martin Builders, but we aren’t done quite yet! Within the last few weeks we have released several new selections and upgrades that we are so excited to now offer to our customers. As a company, we know the importance of limiting our options to maintain cost-effective practices, but we do not want that to come at the deficit of our homeowner’s ability to personalize their spaces. We feel like these new additions are a huge step for everyone! We have expanded our selection of doorknobs and hardware, overhauled our bathroom packages, added new sinks, and given the option for one large vanity mirror instead of two singles. But that’s just the beginning. Check out some of the things we are offering for the first time ever (You know, truly NEW selections!):
Transoms Transom windows have been around for centuries, and they are a gorgeous way to add character, increase light, or both! You can now add transoms to cased openings and doorways in your home.
60” Craftsman Wainscoting While wainscoting is a standard in entry ways and formal dining rooms, we now provide the option to upgrade to 60” wainscoting that has a more craftsman feel.
Wood Shelving You’ve asked for it, and we finally made it happen! You can now upgrade from wire to wood shelving in your pantry and/or master closet. The master would include one 36” cubicle of cubbies, 75% double rod, and 25% single rod.
7” Crown Molding Talk about a crown fit for a king and queen! While 5” crown molding comes standard in most main living areas, you can now upgrade that (and all bedrooms with flat ceilings) to a gorgeous 7” finish to really amp up your space.
Comfort Height Toilets If you’re concerned about the ability to age in your home or even if you are just looking for an easier sit-and-stand experience while in the bathroom, then comfort height toilets are for you! You’ll be amazed by what difference an inch makes.
Walk-In Secondary Showers Speaking of bathrooms, you now have the ability to upgrade any secondary bathroom to a walk-in fiberglass shower unit instead of a bathtub.
Soft Close Toilet Seats Do you have little kids? Do they slam the toilet seat? Or do YOU slam the toilet seat? Well you can cross that problem off of your list because we now offer an upgrade to soft close toilet seats! It may sound small but we are sure you’ll quickly realize what you’ve been missing.
Wall Mount Hand Shower We believe the master bathroom should feel like a spa retreat, and the optional wall-mounted hand shower is a step in that direction! Available in all three finishes, this would be in addition to your standard shower head.
Laundry Room Sink Your little kids who slam toilet seats are also likely to make a royal mess from time to time, so we can bet that you’d be thrilled to have a utility sink in the laundry room! This 20”x20” sink will have the mud rinsed out of jeans in no-time flat.
Trash Can Cabinet and Utensil Divider Drawers Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about the kitchen! You can now get a trash can cabinet (that will go near the sink, opposite of the dishwasher) and utensil dividers for as many drawers as you choose, wherever they’d serve you best. Phew! We are out of breath! We truly are excited to start implementing these new selections into the homes we are building, and we hope you find value in them as well. You can see all of these
