Construction Continues

 Our Stone Martin Builders home office team members are here on a daily basis, demonstrating their dedication to each other, as well as to delivering homes for our customers, and maintaining the stability of our economy.

Recent events have created an even stronger bond with our field staff as they go out every day, continuing to help build the American dream. Our sales team has kept the model homes open, while keeping you informed of weekly activity on your home construction process.

We have initiated a new process to track sales, contracts, closings, subcontractors, vendors, lenders, and we are reviewing weekly any instances that may result in the need for adjustment to our systems and processes in order to ensure continued quality construction in a timely manner.


Realtors, we know how hard you work to provide your clients with the best experience as they search for their dream home. Please continue to register your clients with us and schedule private or virtual tours for them. We are dedicated to working together to continue to create a positive experience for you and for them.

Warranty Updates

Our warranty department is open and it’s business as usual. We are answering phone calls and emails, so let us know if you need anything.
